Sarah also manages rental properties—both for herself and her clients—maintaining a reliable team of skilled craftsmen who are available not only for property maintenance but also to assist her sellers in preparing their homes for market.

Sarah's connection to community runs deep. She has served on the Meeker Elementary PTO board, participated in various Ames Community School District subcommittees, and served on the Friends Committee for YSS, as well as the YSS Holiday Giving Committee for over 13 years. In addition, in the past she was a licensed Iowa foster parent for many years, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact wherever possible.

A strong advocate for philanthropy, Sarah led the RE/MAX Real Estate Center team in earning the “Outstanding Business Philanthropist Award” in 2019 from the Story County Alliance for Philanthropy—an honor that highlights her dedication to giving back and inspiring others to do the same.
